The Engineering in Medicine Laboratory (EiM Lab), led by Dr. Shai Tejman-Yarden-a pediatric cardiologist with master’s degrees in biomedical engineering and business administration- and the Photonics Laboratory, led by Dr. Gennady Kostinich (PhD in Biology), work together to develop innovative solutions at the intersection of medicine and engineering. Their joint research spans medical signal processing, biomedical photonics, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), and computational decision-support technologies.​
